Who Else Could Use a Button That Makes All Enemy Attacks and Raids STOP Immediately?
Dear Friend, You're probably wondering, "Who does this guy think he is, selling information about Travian?" I would have thought the same thing as you a year ago when I first started playing practically non-stop. See I started playing Travian as a complete "noob"/novice player. The only thing I could guess was that after playing on my first server and being catapulted 10 days later...that this game must be about building troops! - and building A LOT of them. So I registered on a number of servers and played the game as much as I could. Heck, I was doing my homework in sync with Travian. I'd read for 30 minutes, then build some troops...read more, and flip back to the computer... ...as I was doing this I was developing a system that would lead me to the realization that I could spend 1/20th the time logged into my account and draw in 500 - 1000% more resources. Let me ask you something, ever notice how out of 25,000 players on a server there's only about 50 that get ribbons? That means that only 0.2% of players on a server are doing the vast majority of the attacking and raiding. You'd think these players MUST be doing something different than everyone else right? I certainly did. It took me months of playing before I realized that I was neglecting to do one thing that had I been, I would have had 3x as many villages. I also realized that had gotten the concept of building troops all wrong. I would build as many troops as I could to raid other players.... then some bigger player would come along with a whopping 7500 Imperians and wipe out my petty 200 Praetorians or 400 Lances. Did I miss something? Apparently so. And then it hit me. I started new accounts on new servers... tried new things out. Honestly sometimes I thought I was going to get banned because some of this stuff was so radical and contrary to the way I thought the game was played. After hundreds of hours of trying out what I was slowly picking up as I read between the lines I compiled what I knew into a short 20 page eBook and told people about it on forums.
What happened? A SOLD OUT Buying Frenzy! Of course the announcement only lasted about 15 minutes since I got an email saying that my thread had been closed by a moderator. I couldn't believe it.
